Note: Online consultations are not available for certain conditions such as mental illnesses, malignancies, and autoimmune diseases due to regulatory restrictions.

What is telemedicine?
Telemedicine is a method by which doctors provide medical services to patients remotely via the internet.
What are the benefits of telemedicine?
Benefits include saving on travel costs and time, reduced waiting times, and the convenience of receiving care at home.
Is telemedicine safe?
We use platforms suitable for telemedicine. For video calls, we use Google Meet, which complies with HIPAA and GDPR. reference

Suitable for non-critical symptoms like mild colds, skin issues, and managing chronic diseases.
Can I get a prescription through telemedicine?
Prescriptions are issued based on the doctor's decision. They can be sent to your nearest pharmacy or your home. Please specify the pharmacy; we cannot choose it for you due to regulations.
How do I receive my prescription?
If the prescription is sent to your home, exchange it at your nearest pharmacy upon receipt. If sent to a specified pharmacy, it will be notified in advance; please pick it up there with identification (insurance card if applicable).
Is telemedicine covered by health insurance?
Yes, it is possible. We particularly ask those with National Health Insurance to present it.
How do I make an appointment?
Is communication secure?
Our system's communication environment is secured. However, please ensure your environment is secure during consultations.
What happens with follow-ups after an online consultation?
Additional online or in-person follow-up appointments can be arranged as needed.
What is the cost range for consultation?
For those using insurance, the cost is about 1,000-2,000 yen; without insurance, it ranges from 5,000-10,000 yen. Follow-up consultations often cost less.
What credit cards can I use?
Major cards such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and DINERS are accepted. Charges for consultation and prescription fees will be invoiced via Square and sent by email for payment.
Can I receive telemedicine services from abroad?
We do not accept consultations from abroad.
